Welcome to Krysthl •Brain Yoga Beginners Tutorial
This video is demonstrating four K•BY techniques, please practice with awareness, correcting your posture, your moves and your breath throughout.
It is more important to achieve full alignment with each technique than to complete all four in your allocated time.
You may wish to practice one technique at a time until you are happy it is done correctly, this is perfectly fine and a recommendation if your time is limited to less than 45 minutes session.
